Click on the tour of your preference.
Choose the date and verify if the schedule is convenient to you. Insert number of guests, add to cart, view, and confirm or change cart and proceed to check out. Fill the formular and insert your credit card information. You will receive in your email the details of your booking.
The deadline is May 11th, 2025. From this day onwards requests are subject to confirmation so please contact us by email: info@terraeventstours.com
Upon finalizing the booking and payment, you will receive an email of confirmation at the given email address. When your payment is received by us you will have the final confirmation of your order and payment.
Many tours are subject to availability of tickets so please make sure you receive an email from our side before considering your booking confirmed.
All tours are subject to a minimum guaranteed to be run. Should the minimum not be reached, the tour will be cancelled closer to date. Please make sure you check your email regularly

Unfortunately, the tours do not consider discounts for children.
No. Just keep a copy of the confirmation email on your cell phone. Please make sure to arrive at meeting point, 15 minutes prior departure of the tour so staff can check you in.
Not all our tours are wheelchair accessible, and some tours involve a lot of walking on unstable path.

All tours will start from the lobby of your hotel. We kindly ask you to be there at least 15 minutes before the departure of the chosen tours. Our staff is duly identified with the name of the tours and will direct you to the correct transportation service.
Please refer to inclusions box under each tour to check what is included.
Unless otherwise stated, tours do not include tickets or meals.
Our services are private and exclusive to AMBASSADOR CLUB guests. We do not accommodate guests who are not part of the event in our services. Spaces that include general entry may have other clients, as these areas are not reserved exclusively for our group.
In Barcelona coaches can stop in certain areas authorized by the Barcelona City Council. Drivers cannot leave the vehicle, but all tours will have a guide to escort you (please refer to the inclusions box in each tour description).
For some of the tours, there might be walking involved from drop off of the coach to the entrance of Museum or location of tour.
At the end of the tour, you are free to remain at leisure. Please make sure to advise the guide and tour coordinator in case you wish to do so.
Our vehicles are all high comfort and equipped with air conditioning. WIFI service is not available on board of vehicles.
Vehicles do not have car seats for babies/kids as standard practice.

Lunch is not included in any of the tours.
For cancellations made by Sunday, 22 March 2026 (inclusive):
The amount paid will be refunded less a 30% administrative fee, plus a 100% penalty on entrance tickets.
For cancellations made from 23 March to Tuesday, 21 April 2026 (inclusive):
The amount paid will be refunded less a 50% administrative fee, plus a 100% penalty on entrance tickets.
For cancellations made from 22 April to Friday, 8 May 2026 (inclusive):
The amount paid will be refunded less an 80% administrative fee, plus a 100% penalty on entrance tickets.
For cancellations made from Saturday, 9 May 2026 onwards:
TERRAEVENTS reserves the right to charge 100% of the total cost of the services.
