Choose the date and verify if the schedule is convenient to you. Insert number of guests, add to cart, view, and confirm or change cart and proceed to check out. Fill the formular and insert your credit card information. You will receive in your email the details of your booking.
The deadline is July 1st, 2025. From this day onwards requests are subject to confirmation so please contact us by email: info@terraeventstours.com
Upon finalizing the booking and payment, you will receive an email of confirmation at the given email address. When your payment is received by us you will have the final confirmation of your order and payment.
Many tours are subject to availability of tickets so please make sure you receive an email from our side before considering your booking confirmed.
All tours are subject to a minimum guaranteed to be run. Should the minimum not be reached, the tour will be cancelled closer to date. Please make sure you check your email regularly

Unfortunately, the tours do not consider discounts for children.
No. Just keep a copy of the confirmation email on your cell phone. Please make sure to arrive at meeting point, 15 minutes prior departure of the tour so staff can check you in.
Not all our tours are wheelchair accessible, and some tours involve a lot of walking on unstable path.

All tours will start from the lobby of Palazzo Naiadi Anantara Hotel. We kindly ask you to be there at least 15 minutes before the departure of the chosen tours. Our staff is duly identified with the name of the tours and will direct you to the correct transportation service.
If Palazzo Naiadi is not your Hotel, please ask the Hospitality desk in your Hotel for directions to reach it (3 minutes walking from St. Regis Hotel).

Unless otherwise stated, tours do not include tickets or meals (with the exception of cooking classes and food tours which include meals).
Our services are private and exclusive the AMBASSADOR CLUB guests. We do not join other guests that do not belong to the event in our services.
In Rome coaches can stop in certain areas authorized by the City Municipality. Drivers cannot leave the vehicle, but all tours will have a guide and coordinator to escort you (please refer to the inclusions box in each tour description).
For some of the tours, there might be walking involved from drop off of the coach to the entrance of Museum or location of tour.
At the end of the tour, you are free to remain at leisure. Please make sure to advise the guide and tour coordinator in case you wish to do so.
Our vehicles are all high comfort and equipped with air conditioning. WIFI service is not available on board of vehicles.
Please note that some tours are “walking only” from the Hotel (please refer to descriptions under each tour).
Vehicles do not have car seats for babies/kids as standard practice.

Lunch is not included in any of the tours except for Pizza Class, Pasta Class and Food Tours.
For cancellations prior to Wednesday, 25th June 2025: the amount paid will be returned less the administrative fee of 30% (plus full penalty for entrance tickets).
For cancellations prior to Friday, 25th July 2025: the amount paid will be returned less the administrative fee of 50% (plus full penalty for entrance tickets).
For cancellations prior Friday, 8th August 2025: the amount paid will be returned less the administrative fee of 80% (plus full penalty for entrance tickets).
For cancellations from Saturday, 9th August onwards TERRAEVENTS, reserves the right to charge 100% of the cost of the service.
