A trip to Italy isn’t complete without pasta… it’s one of the country’s most beloved exports – and surprisingly easy to make at home! Over the course of the class, our English-speaking chefs will teach you how to hand-make traditional cavatelli, ravioli, and gnocchi or fettuccine from scratch as well as a dessert and a whole host of techniques the Italians use to infuse their food. At the end of this private experience, you’ll have the time to taste the food you’ve made during the class. Washed down, naturally, with a selection of fine wines.

  Please make sure to arrive at meeting point, 15 minutes prior departure of the tour so staff can check you in.

Important Notes

• Aprons will be available to use during the course, to be returned at the end of the class.
• Comfortable shoes (recommended sneakers)
